Orders will be sent out as soon as payment is recieved.

Orders are normally delivered within 3-7 working days depending on which delivery method was selected at the checkout.

All orders include free 1st Class recorded delivery or 1st or 2nd class post to United Kingdom Mainland, Highlands & Islands Scotland, Isles Of Scilly, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.
We are unable to ship goods to addresses outside of the UK.
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. If however, goods cannot be mailed within this time we will e-mail you to advise you of this and, if there is to be a delay, determine if you wish to continue with the transaction or offer you the opportunity to cancel your order. If you have not received the goods within 10 working days of your order you should contact us immediately unless we have given you an estimated date of delivery later than this.

Inkjet cartridge prices on this website are in £ (Pounds Sterling) and include VAT and free delivery to UK addresses. Other products are subject to postage charges.


Any Compensation we may pay will exclude:

losses that were foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made

losses that were not caused by any breach on our part

business losses and/or losses to non consumer purchasers

A full refund or replacement of the goods will be made at our discretion. Your statutory rights are not affected by above exclusions.

Any special offer or free gift offer detailed on this website is applicable only while stocks last and may be withdrawn without any period of notice.
