Cartridge Store will not ship to a PO Box address. Where possible, accepted
orders will normally be delivered within 4-7 working days and customers will be
informed of any delays.
Standard delivery is via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class post.
Royal Mail aim to deliver 2nd class post to over 85 percent of all UK
destinations within three days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
Occasionally, there are delays in the postal system. Although delays are rare,
please allow 10 days for your order to arrive, particularly during the peak
periods around Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays.
The
is no charge for delivery of inkjet cartridges to any U.K destinations.
Other
products are subject to delivery charge.
Delivery to European Community addresses outside UK:
Delivery to
EC destinations outside the United Kingdom is charged at £2.50 regardless of the
size of your order. Allow 4-17 days for delivery dependant on country.
Returns
Customers have the right to cancel the
contract by giving notice in writing to Cartridge Store (for example by letter,
fax, or email). The period in which the customer may cancel the contract lasts
from the day of the seventh working day from the day after the customer receives
the goods. Cartridge Store will only accept such cancellation where the
customer has taken reasonable care of the goods and has not opened their
protective packaging.

In the
event that the customer cancels the contract the customer will return the goods
to Cartridge Store.
We
will refund the full value paid less 15% restocking charge for products returned
to us with seals intact and in their original packaging.
The customer will be responsible for returned postage costs.
Goods
other than faulty goods may be returned within 7 UK working days of the date of
delivery if their packaging is in new condition and the packaging is unopened.
Goods that do not comply with this may not be returned. To return goods contact

and a "Returns Number" will be issued. This number must be quoted on all
correspondence and must be clearly shown on the outside of the returned package.
All returns must be sent via Registered or Recorded Mail or by Registered
Courier. Returns of goods other than for reasons of fault will be subject to a
standard charge to cover postage and packaging which will be £2.99 for UK
Deliveries and £6.99 for non-UK Deliveries.
When
returning goods the customer should ensure that they are sent in suitable
packaging which is correctly addressed and bears adequate postage and that
details of the customer and the invoice number are enclosed to enable the
transaction to be easily identifiable by Cartridge Store.
Cartridge Store will only accept such cancellation where the customer has taken
reasonable care of the goods and has not opened their protective packaging.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
